Terms and Conditions

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in any Rademy program. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not currently offer enrollment for minors, including with parental or guardian consent.

2Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in any Rademy program requires payment in full (or, for subscription programs, setup of recurring billing) at the time of registration. Free workshop registration requires no payment but is subject to these Terms in full. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Rademy does not store your full payment card details.

Prices for each program or workshop are listed on the relevant checkout or registration page at the time of enrollment and are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• ESL Live Classes is a recurring monthly subscription, billed automatically each month until cancelled.
• IELTS Intensive and CELPIP Intensive are one-time payments for a fixed-length course (per skill, or as part of a multi-skill bundle).
• Paid Workshops are one-time payments for a single event or short-format session. Fees are non-refundable, except where the workshop is cancelled by Rademy as described in Section 7.
• Free Workshops require registration but no payment. By registering, you still agree to these Terms, including the recording, conduct, and intellectual property sections.

3ESL Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ESL Live Classes subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first session with us (i.e., the date you attended your very first class after enrolling), for any reason. Because ESL is a subscription you can join at any time, this guarantee is based on your personal first session rather than a fixed class start date. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@rademy.com or via our contact page.

If your refund request is approved under this guarantee, your subscription will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the current billing period.

After the 14-day guarantee period has passed, you may still cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 6, Cancellation Policy), but you will not be eligible for a refund of any amount already paid.

4IELTS / CELPIP Money-Back Guarantee

For IELTS Intensive and CELPIP Intensive courses, you may request a refund up to 7 calendar days after your course end date if you feel you have not improved, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have attended all scheduled live sessions for the skill(s) or course you enrolled in;
• You must have completed all assigned coursework and assignments on time; and
• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your course’s final session.

Refund requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be eligible under this guarantee. To request a refund, contact us at support@rademy.com or via our contact page, and our team will review your attendance and assignment completion records.

If you purchased the 4-Skill Bundle, this guarantee applies to the bundle as a whole; attendance and assignment completion requirements apply across all four skills.

5Writing Analysis Service — Refunds

Payments for the IELTS Writing Analysis service are non-refundable, with one exception: if we do not deliver your completed analysis within seven (7) days of your submission and successful payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that order.

To request a refund under this policy, email us at support@rademy.com from the address used to place your order, within 14 days of the missed delivery deadline. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because each analysis is prepared individually by an expert once your order is received, orders are not eligible for refund for any other reason, including where feedback differs from your expectations, or where a submission is incomplete or unreadable and we are unable to reach you for clarification.

6Cancellation Policy

ESL Live Classes (Subscription)

You may cancel your ESL subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, except as provided under the 14-day Money-Back Guarantee in Section 3. You may continue attending classes and using your subscription for the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for, up until it ends.

IELTS Intensive / CELPIP Intensive

These are one-time, fixed-length course purchases rather than subscriptions. Once a cohort placement is confirmed, cancellation is subject to the Money-Back Guarantee conditions in Section 4. Outside of that guarantee, fees are non-refundable once your course or cohort has started.

7Class Scheduling, Placement & Workshops

For ESL Live Classes, you select a specific level and weekly time slot at checkout, and you will be enrolled in that slot directly.

For IELTS Intensive and CELPIP Intensive, you select a preferred skill and a preferred time window at checkout. Because cohorts are run on a fixed schedule with limited capacity, your exact cohort placement is confirmed separately by our team after enrollment, based on availability. We will place you in the first available cohort matching your selected skill and time preference; if that exact slot is full, we will contact you with alternative available options before finalizing your placement.

Free and Paid Workshops

Workshops are scheduled events with a fixed date and time. Registration confirms your spot but does not guarantee attendance if capacity is reached before your registration is processed. Rademy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any workshop due to low registration, instructor availability, or other operational reasons. In the event of cancellation of a paid workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. No compensation is provided for cancelled free workshops beyond reasonable advance notice.

Rademy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, combine, or cancel any class, cohort, or workshop due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons, and will notify affected students as early as possible with reasonable alternative options.

8Recording & Content Consent

By participating in any live class, session, or workshop — whether free or paid — you acknowledge and agree that Rademy may record all or part of that event. This applies equally to all Rademy formats, including ESL classes, IELTS/CELPIP Intensive sessions, free workshops, and paid workshops. Recordings may be used for any of the following purposes:

• Internal educational and quality-assurance purposes (e.g. instructor training and review);
• Marketing and promotional materials; and
• Publishing excerpts or full recordings publicly online (e.g. on our website or social media).

Rademy owns all content created during live classes and workshops, including recordings, course materials, slides, exercises, and instructional content developed for the session. This applies regardless of whether the session was free or paid.

If you do not wish to be recorded at all, or wish to keep your camera off during any session or workshop, please contact us at support@rademy.com before the session to discuss available options. Some accommodations may depend on the format or size of the event.

By registering for a free workshop, you agree to the same recording and content consent terms as paid program participants. Registration for any Rademy event constitutes acceptance of this section.

9Student Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants during live sessions, workshops, and in any community spaces provided by Rademy. Rademy reserves the right to remove any student or workshop participant from a class, session, event, or community space — without refund where applicable — in cases of harassment, abuse, disruptive behaviour, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to record, redistribute, sell, or publicly share any class or workshop materials, recordings, slides, or content provided by Rademy — whether from a free or paid event — without our prior written consent, except for your own personal study use.

10Intellectual Property

All course materials, workshop slides, handbooks, exercises, video lessons, recordings, and other content provided through any Rademy program or workshop — whether free or paid — are the property of Rademy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The fact that a workshop is offered at no cost does not reduce or waive Rademy’s intellectual property rights over its content.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your personal educational use only, for the duration of your enrollment or event registration. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, or publication of any content in any form.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Rademy provides educational instruction and exam preparation but does not guarantee specific exam results, band scores, certification outcomes, or admission/employment/immigration outcomes that may depend on your exam results. Any band score estimates, progress assessments, or improvement projections provided by instructors are professional opinions only, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rademy’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your enrollment or use of our programs is limited to the amount you paid to Rademy for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Rademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, or exam re-sit costs.

12Privacy

Your personal information (such as your name, email, and phone number) is collected to process your enrollment, communicate with you about your classes, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.

13Changes to These Terms

Rademy may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued enrollment or use of our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
