Where We Hire

Four areas of work

We hire as we grow rather than in batches, so treat these as the shapes of work we need — not a fixed vacancy list. Tell us where you fit and we will tell you honestly what is open.

Teaching
Teachers & Instructors
Remote · Contract · Eastern Time slots

Live small-group classes on Google Meet — general and workplace English at B1 to C1, and two-week IELTS Intensive cohorts in a single skill.

We look for
  • CELTA, DELTA, TESOL or equivalent preferred, not required
  • Experience teaching English to adults
  • Examiner or teaching experience, for exam roles
  • Confidence and communication skills with different student levels
  • Availability for fixed weekly slots or a full cohort
Student Support
Support & Administration
Remote · Contract or part-time · Eastern Time overlap

The first person a student hears from and the one who keeps things running — enrolments, scheduling, class rosters, billing questions and the inbox.

We look for
  • Clear, warm written English
  • Patience with people learning the language you are replying in
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and keeping records accurate
  • Follow-through: things do not get dropped
  • Discretion with student and payment information
Marketing
Marketing & Content
Remote · Contract or part-time · Flexible hours

Reaching people who need us and have not found us yet — articles, social, email, ads and landing pages, aimed at newcomers and students across Canada.

We look for
  • Writing that sounds like a person, not a brochure
  • Some grounding in SEO, paid social or email
  • Ability to read numbers and change course because of them
  • Interest in language learning, immigration or education
  • Video or design skills are a bonus, not a requirement
Finance & Legal
Finance & Legal
Remote · Contract or project-based · Flexible hours

Keeping the numbers straight and the paperwork sound — bookkeeping, invoicing and payouts, tax filings, and the agreements and policies that sit behind every enrolment.

We look for
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience; CPA a plus, not required
  • Comfort with Stripe payouts, reconciliation and GST/HST
  • Drafting or reviewing service agreements and contractor terms
  • Working knowledge of Canadian privacy and consumer rules
  • Accuracy and discretion with financial and personal data
Not seeing your role?

Apply anyway. We are small and growing, and some of the best people here arrived before we had written a job description for what they do. Tell us what you are good at and how you would use it.

Tell us about yourself

We read every application ourselves. Be specific about what you have actually done — it tells us far more than a list of job titles.

Why Rademy

A small team doing work that lands

Our students are adults with a deadline — an immigration application, a university offer, a professional licence. That focus shapes how everyone here works, not just the teachers.

🌐
Fully remote

Everything runs online. Work from wherever you are, as long as you can reliably cover the Eastern Time hours your role needs.

💬
Short path to a decision

You will talk directly to the people running Rademy. Good ideas do not need three layers of approval, and problems get fixed the week you raise them.

🎯
Visible impact

The team is small enough that your work is identifiable. You will know which students, which numbers, or which pages moved because of what you did.

📚
The groundwork exists

Curriculum, handbooks, mock exams and internal systems are already built. You are improving something that works, not starting from a blank page.

📅
Predictable hours

Classes run on fixed weekly slots and fixed two-week cohorts. Schedules are set in advance and do not shift around you week to week.

🤝
Room to grow into

Roles here are not rigid. People who take something on and run with it end up owning more of it, and we would rather promote than post a job ad.

How It Works

Our hiring process

Four steps, and you will know where you stand at each one.

1
You apply
Fill in the application form above and tell us which area fits you. Attach a CV if you have one ready, but do not delay applying to polish it.
2
We reply
You will hear back within 5 business days either way. If it is a no, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
3
A first conversation
A 15-minute video call about your experience, how you like to work, and the hours that genuinely suit you. Depending on the role, there may be one or two further conversations after this one.
4
Training, then something practical
Teachers take our short training course first — how we teach, mark and give feedback — and then deliver a demo lesson. For every other role it is a small task close to the real work instead. We agree the details in advance either way, and we are looking at how you think rather than at polish.
